HI! My name is Gregorio Pizarro, as a certified fitness trainer in NYC for over 13 years, I’ve seen and personally tried many fitness fads that came and went with the times. After trial and error, I developed my hands-on experience and first-hand knowledge of what works and what doesn’t. I was once very overweight and unhealthy going into my 30s and I turned my life around by indulging in the world of fitness, I’m in my 40s and in the best shape of my life. I say this so you know I do walk the talk and that I can relate to your health and fitness issues. 

I decided to take all the knowledge I’ve gathered throughout the years to create a system called The 100-Minute Workout Week System. This system was created with busy professionals in mind. I coach busy professionals over 35 to get healthy, fit, and energized, while only spending no more than 100 minutes a week in the gym. Results are fast and sustainable, workouts are safe on the body and joints, and no valuable time and energy are wasted.
