How long until I see results?

I stand by this, in 2 weeks you’ll feel it, in 4 weeks you’ll see it, in 8 weeks you’ll hear it.

What do you mean by sustainable results?

This means that the knowledge and habits you’ve learned while working with me will not only help you to stay in shape LONG TERM but ALSO to keep progressing as long as you apply the information you’ve learned and skills you’ve adopted. None of my clients has ever regretted it and that is something I stand for.

WHAT IS THE COST OF THE PROGRAM?

I don’t discuss costs until our consultation call as prices may change in the future, but it does depend on what it is you exactly need and how long you need to be coached to achieve the goal you have in mind! I can’t help everyone, nor do I want everyone’s money if I’m not going to give them great results, so the way these calls work is how we figure out what you need specifically to hit your goals and offer you help with what you need. If we feel like we’re not the best to help you out, we’ll refer you to someone we think could serve you better!

A custom workout program to suit your individual needs. Personalized nutrition coaching to fit your lifestyle & routine! Ongoing accountability through formal weekly check-ins and feedback. A vast library of content and resources to make your life easier while you keep on progressing. Weekly adjustments to your specific program when needed. Access to me through our custom app, where you will have support from me when needed. A super supportive community of like-minded high achieving guys whom you can share your journey with. 1–1 Calls if stuck & most importantly the knowledge to last you a lifetime!

HOW LONG IS THE PROGRAM?

A minimum of 90 days! The longer one commits to seeing results the better I learn about their body and what works for them. Any short term transformation programs we see online or in the gym inevitably end up with unsustainable results and potential metabolic maladaptations. One of the metrics I’m most proud about in our business is that 78% of the guys who sign up end up renewing with us, cause they just want more results like these!

WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE TIME?

The Program is designed for you to work out 4 times per week, around 40-50 min each day. We schedule the workouts in a way that can fit your schedule seamlessly. Think about this, 4 hours per week equals 34 minutes per day, probably way less time than the one you spend on social media or watching TV. Making time for yourself is one of the best investments you could ever make.

I AM A COMPLETE BEGINNER, CAN YOU STILL HELP ME?

Absolutely! If you check through my social media accounts I’m all about the truth in the fitness industry. And if you begin with me, you’ll NEVER need another trainer again. I’ll be with you from day one. Layering things brick by brick until you’re fully up to speed to achieve your desired results. Plus, the results will be significantly faster and better for beginners.

HOW OFTEN DO WE COMMUNICATE?

We have ongoing support on a daily basis, I am here whenever you need me through the custom app.

I TRAVEL A LOT, CAN I STILL DO THE PROGRAM?

Yes, I believe that’s the purpose of the online training, that you can train whenever you want and wherever you want, not bound to time or trainer availability. I provide you with everything you need to achieve the result, no matter where you are located in the world.

DO I HAVE TO CUT OUT ANY FOOD OR ALCOHOL?

You will never turn down a social event! My 1–1 online coaching promotes a flexible dieting approach, we might limit a few things (if you need them) but never completely cut out. The only exception to this is if it’s causing problems and/or medical conditions that need to be taken care of. Alcohol on the other hand is a toxin and I will never promote this. That said, let’s just say some of my clients don’t cut it out and still get phenomenal results.
